When we lose someone……

In our life time we will experience losing someone we love; this could be due to the loss of a child or could be a husband/wife or partner who has died from a terminal illness. Perhaps a mum or dad who is living and are unrecognisable as a person due to Dementia; this can bring up feelings of loss, even though they are still physically here.

When we experience the death of a loved one, it can turn our world upside down. It can be difficult at times when it comes to expressing our feelings and emotions, especially around family members and close friends. Every person will grieve and move forward at their own pace; this can be difficult for some people because of the added pressure from partners, family and friends. Many believe that any one grieving, perhaps should have “moved on” or be “getting on with their life by now “.

Having the space to talk about your feelings regarding the loss of someone you either loved or perhaps experienced a difficult relationship with, can help you to understand all those feelings that are impacting on you on a deeper level. If you would like to be able to experience a safe environment where you could express how you really feel, then contact me by using the link on this website and I will get back to you so that we can arrange an appointment. If you have any further questions then please contact me by using the form on my website.

The Impact of Abuse

Experiencing Abuse can have such a big impact on you, on lots of many different levels. Abuse has NO discrimination on gender, sexuality, age, ethnicity and cultural beliefs.   Abuse can show it’s self in many ways, whether it is physical, sexual or emotional, sometimes all of these. Experiencing this can leave you feeling anxious, scared, powerless and feeling worthless….to name a few.

I can offer you a safe and confidential space to work through these difficult emotions allowing you to experience a non-judgmental environment.  Taking that first step to change can be the start to a new journey and discover who you are really meant to be……
